·     Managed twenty-two condominium, apartment and shopping mall complexes in the Delaware Valley. Including two residential properties containing over 1,000 units.

·     Reduced operating costs by $515,000 annually by reorganizing the property management and maintenance departments of an office/flex developer.

·     RAH Management Corporation was formed in 1976 to provide a full range of advisory and management services to real estate investors and developers.

·     Managed two of the first successful condominiums in the Delaware Valley: Watergate Condominium in Maple Shade, NJ and San Francisco East condominium in Pennsylvania.

·     Generated $472,000 in annual cost savings by creating an in house engineering group for a developer to establish bulk purchasing, inventory control, HVAC preventative maintenance and energy management systems.

·     We have provided advisory services to owners of apartments, condominiums, retail, office, hotels and assisted care properties for over 25 years.

·     Managed several condominium projects in Southern New Jersey for the Scarborough Corporation.

·     Established capital improvement budgets and carried out extensive renovation projects for fourteen office buildings.
