Mr. Henofer has been involved in various aspects of real estate management for over 25 years. He specializes in maximizing property cash flows and value by developing and implementing strategic management plans tailored to each asset. In addition, he has expertise in design and construction, property marketing, property management, and capital budgeting. He also provides advisory services with respect to the retention, refinance or disposition of assets. |

In 1976, Mr. Henofer formed RAH Management Corporation to provide a full range of advisory and management services to real estate investors. Over the years, the company has managed millions of dollars worth of real estate assets, and provided advisory services to commercial developers, financial institutions, condominium boards, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. He has advised owners and directly managed investments in apartments, condominiums, retail, office, hotels and assisted care properties. |

Prior to forming RAH Management, Mr. Henofer worked in executive positions for several prominent real estate firms including Nowicki and Pollilo, Architects, Reed and Stambaugh, the Federal National Mortgage Association and Jackson Cross. |
|
|
Mr. Henofer holds a Real Estate Broker’s License in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and past President of the Southern New Jersey Chapter and a Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee. He is also affiliated with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute, Tau Alpha Pi, and the Institute of Certified Engineering Technicians. |

A Philadelphia native, Mr. Henofer attended college at Temple University where he received a Technology Degree, Cum Laude, in the field of Architectural Design and Building Construction Technology. In 1966-67, he received a Rotary International Scholarship to study architecture at the Huddersfield College of Technology, School of Architecture in Yorkshire, England, where he received School of Art Certification. |

He also served in the United States Air Force for four years designing Air Force facilities. Mr. Henofer maintains a private pilot’s license, and enjoys sailing. |

Mr. Henofer has completed the following representative assignments for residential properties: |
|
|
· Managed 5700 government subsidized multi-family units. |
|
|
· Serviced and completed analysis of some 330 multi-family government sponsored projects (Section 8 and Section 236) experiencing financial, social, or management difficulties from Bangor, Maine to St. Thomas Island. |
|
|
· Managed twenty-two condominium, apartment and shopping mall complexes in the Delaware Valley. Properties included the Sutton at Collingswood Apartments, a 1,030 unit complex consisting of four mid-rise towers, commercial space and a parking garage, and the Echelon Apartments, consisting of 1,400 garden units in Voorhees, New Jersey. |

· Managed two of the first successful condominiums in the Delaware Valley: Watergate Condominium in Maple Shade, NJ and San Francisco East condominium in Pennsylvania. |
|
|
· Managed several condominiums built by the Scarborough Corporation including the Clusters of Lexton, Maple Shade, NJ, the Clusters of Washington, Turnersville, NJ, Kings Croft, Maple Shade, NJ, and Cedars of Dover in Toms River, NJ. |
|
|
· Prepared design and construction drawings for two mid-rise apartment buildings, the William Penn House and the Kennedy House in Philadelphia. |
|
|
· Organized a division to manage and market congregate and assisted care facilities for the elderly. |
|
|
Mr. Henofer has completed the following representative assignments for commercial properties: |

· Developed a 20,000 square foot office building as corporate headquarters. |
|
|
· Oversaw property management, asset management and partnership administration for twenty properties consisting of two million square feet of office, retail, and warehouse space. Other properties included parking garages and apartments. Prestigious buildings included the M-Bank Building, Christiana Gateway (Lin-Pro Delle Donne joint venture), Chase Manhattan Bank Building, and E.A. Delle Donne Corporate Center in Wilmington. |

· Reorganized the property management and maintenance departments of an office/flex/warehouse developer to provide superior janitorial, HVAC, landscaping, maintenance and tenant service. Operating costs were reduced by $515,000 per year. |
|
|
· Created an engineering group for a developer to establish bulk purchasing, inventory control, HVAC preventative maintenance and energy management systems which resulted in $472,000 in annual cost savings. |
|
|
· Reorganized a marketing department, established a marketing strategy for each property, and reviewed and approved all leases prior to execution. |
|
|
· Established capital improvement budgets and carried out extensive renovation projects for over fourteen office buildings. |
|
|
· For fifteen years successfully managed 2.5 million SF of class A office space. |
