is a professional real estate broker with proven technical expertise in commercial property. A CCIM is a person truly committed to the fundamentals of effective commercial-investing brokerage. The CCIM has completed a full schedule of Post Graduate Level Courses in investments, taxation, development and marketing all types of commercial-investment properties; has prepared a demonstration report (similar to a master's thesis); and has passed a comprehensive final exam to merit the designation of Certified Commercial-Investment Member, which is unquestionably the highest degree awarded in the commercial-investment real estate practice.
